The Role

As a Property Business Development Agent for ISLURP, your job is to find us retail or semi-retail space where we can place a fresh juice vending machine. 

The machine has a small footprint (approximately 0.5 to 1 square metre) and requires a standard power socket. You will identify prospective sites, approach landlords or shop owners, negotiate basic rental or licence terms, and we will sign the final agreement with the Landlord.

There is no cap on what you can earn — the more locations you sign, the more you make.

What You Will Do

• Scout and identify high-footfall, high-visibility spaces across Singapore suitable for a compact vending machine

• Approach landlords, shop owners, property managers, town councils, and other relevant parties to discuss short-term space rental or licence arrangements

• Present ISLURP's concept and commercial proposition to prospective landlords in a clear and compelling manner

• Negotiate basic terms (monthly rent, space dimensions, power access) and coordinate lease paperwork with the ISLURP team

• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective sites and provide regular progress updates

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Resolve contractual issues, monitor project costs, and ensure expenses stay within budget.
• Evaluate bids, recommend contract awards, and negotiate with vendors for cost reductions.
• Oversee procurement, verify payments, and ensure timely payment collections.
• Provide regular project cost and budget reports and handle final account closing.
• Maintain proper project documentation and attend site and other necessary meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E/Quantity Surveying, building, or supply chain-related procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resourceful, independent, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is preferred.

• Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities.
To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings

· To supervise all Civil, Structural and Geotechnicalbuilding works, both permanent and temporary

· To review Contractor's design and submission and superviseall works associated with Civil and Structural works

· To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessarypermits (NOA, NOC, POWS, TM approval, PTD, PTW, etc) and clearance to work

· To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s)implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures whenevernecessary

· To ensure proper coordination among Contractor, AC, QP(D),relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc. forthe works

· To review formwork structure, formwork support systemsprior to concreting works and ensure the formworks erected are PE endorsed withCertificate of Supervision (COS) issued

· To upkeep safety, environmental and health matters whileworking at a construction site

· To supervise the installation/decommissioning ofinstrumentation

· To review the monitoring data and ensure the Civil andStructural works do not have huge impact on surrounding structures

· To ensure daily register of Request for Information (RIN)for the works and proper documentation are in-placed during the entireconstruction/reinstatement phase

· To participate in routine audits by theAuthority/Developer, join in all joint inspections and safety site walks

· To prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports asrequired by the Authority/Developer

Requirements:

· Qualified candidates please submit in your updated resumein MS Word format with your latest RTO cert attached.

· Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.

· At least 4 years’ of experience, of which 2 years’experience in MRT Rail or Road works that includes supervision of temporary andpermanent works.

· Possess a valid RE/RTO cert 2025 by JAC of IES/ACES.

· Possess BCSS and/or confined space certificate and/orworking at height certificate.

· Candidate to be able to work shift works due to thedemands of the project

· Willing to work 56hrs work week
