Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation and staffing in regional property portfolio as directed by the client and in accordance with the standards and procedures of Jones Lang LaSalle. Act as primary Facilities and Soft Services point of contact for client headquarters site. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field experience, preferred.

• CFM, BOMA, CPM, other Commercial Real Estate related designation; favorable
