Role Summary
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Office / Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is a flexible, part-time role suited for someone who enjoys organizing processes, supporting a team, and contributing to meaningful community initiatives.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations while supporting community events and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative support across the organization
· Track and maintain records of donations
· Assist in coordination and logistics for community events
· Assist in liaising with volunteers and beneficiaries
· Support internal documentation, scheduling, and reporting
· Respond to ad hoc operational and administrative requests from the team
· Help improve workflows and processes where needed
Requirements
· Some experience in administrative, operations or office support roles
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
· Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a small team
· Tech-savvy with an interest in digital tools(e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, forms, website, simple automation tools)
· Positive, adaptable, and willing to support where needed
