Operational Core Responsibilities

1. Oversee and ensure effective execution of rooftop solar maintenance activities (planned and unplanned) in line with contractual scope of work, service level agreements (SLA), and compliance to SOPs.

9. Plan, lead, and supervise execution of special technical projects (e.g., solar PV dismantling and reinstallation, equipment upgrades, relocations) in coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring scope clarity, schedule adherence, and risk control.

10. Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) standards in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and regulatory best practices.

Department Support Roles

1. Mentor and coach Engineer and Technician to improve technical competencies, task ownership, and work quality. Lead by example in field behaviour and problem-solving approach.

2. Assist in onboarding new field staff, delivering training on safety, standard tasks, and use of checklists or mobile apps. Support cross-division technical sharing if required.

3. Identify recurring issues or workflow inefficiencies. Recommend updates to checklists, SOPs, or job plans based on field feedback and lessons learned.

4. Provide technical input and documentation support for equipment failure investigations, including photo records, test results, and historical data.

5. Participate in high-priority maintenance or rectification works across other divisions/regions upon assignment by HOD.

6. Maintain professional relationships with clients, address operational concerns, and follow up on technical issues with support from the Customer Service and Commercial teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Possess 3 years of experience in project management, construction, or operations & maintenance of rooftop solar PV system.
• Possess valid CIDB Green Card and Working at Height certification.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Service Manager to join our team based in Seksyen U5 Shah Alam. Your responsibilities will be to manage and control the Service Department in a consistent manner to fulfil the Branch’s contractual obligations while operating within the confines of the service budget.

In this role you will be responsible for:

A. Service

• To ensure entire service team completes all monthly services. State of service completion of 100%
• To maintain accurate records of all service vehicles in the branch in relation to:
• To manage & control the Branch’s fleet of service vehicles in a cost effective manner, and without compromising on safety
• Ensure all new businesses and installations are completed within 5 working days from the date of service agreement/job confirmation
• Ensure each service team is route-ridden once every 3 months

Quality Assurance & Training

• Service training: To organize induction program for new technicians, maintain training records, to coordinate and participate as trainer for refresher training for service technicians and new staffs recruitment for all departments. Ensure a high level of competence in the required skills amongst service staff by providing continuing training and practical assistance & guidance in the field
• QA: To coordinate regular QC and to follow-up with specific client complaints where required. Develop good customer relationships through being knowledgeable about your work, and taking ownership of service problems
• OCS 224: Ensure that all customer complaints (callouts) are attended to within 24 hours without further escalation
• Supervisors Audits: Ensure that Service Supervisors duties are audited monthly
• Technicians Audits/TPA Assessment: Ensure each Service Technician is audited according to company requirement
• Service Audits: To carry out regular service audits of branches in all service area
• Supervisors KPI: To ensure all supervisors meet their monthly KPI

E. Health & Safety

The Service Manager is responsible for implementing the arrangements detailed in the health and safety management system and the safe systems of work. Specifically the Service Manager will:

1. To understand and be aware of the requirement of Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 to ensure that all staff for whom you are responsible are equally aware of the Act and its requirements.
2. To ensure that all chemicals are handled, stored and applied with due regard to the safety standards laid down within the Company, and that staff are never exposed to untoward risk in the course of their work
3. To ensure that all service vehicles are roadworthy & safe through monthly inspections
4. To constantly lead by example, Good & Safe Working Practices within the Branch.
5. Provide adequate supervision to all employees so that they work safely and without risk to health.
6. Carry out regular checks on the work of each employee reporting to them to ensure that work is carried out safely and in accordance with safe systems of work;
7. Remedy any deficiencies identified following audits/inspections;
8. Provide information, instruction and training to all employees so that they are competent to undertake their work safely;
9. Issue written work instructions for each work activity which specifies the appropriate safe system of work to be followed and any control measures identified from site-specific risk assessments;
10. Monitor the work of contractors so that they work safely and without risk to health and in accordance with the agreed safe systems of work.

• Sales team relationship: Maintain friendly and co-operative relations with the sales team providing sales leads, and other useful feedback from the customer

This Data Operations Analyst is responsible for data input validation and data cleaning focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As a Data Processing Specialist of Input Validation function at NielsenIQ, you support the create and deliver client output deliveries in a correct and timely manner.

• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules
• Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments (CIP - Consumer Information Platform) and drive the convergence of processes and tools
• Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best-demonstrated practices
• Working across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction
• Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders 

We are looking for an intern to join our operations team. You will be supporting instructions of client deliverables, product coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g. Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As an operations intern at NIQ, you create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner.

• Ensures data integrity during data processing.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of data processed.
• Assist to resolve and check any quality issues raised by supervisors/clients.
• Maintain positive working relationships and open communication with across relevant Operations teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction.
• Ensure that the company’s regional and global standards are always adhered to all the times.
• To support any department / team projects / other duties as and when deemed necessary
• Team will receiving the FMCG product data from the retailer itself
• Need to clean the FMCG product data - to match our internal system formatting (have different format from retailers)-internally we called ID-Reference Data

The ACE team is responsible for all of food, mart, dine out and reservation business. We use a microservice architecture in backend, and frontend tech stack use including (iOS, ADR, Flutter and Web). We often do platform abstraction to support our new our requirements to go online faster.

This role is for supermarket product testing and is required because we are supporting our fast-growing business. You will report to the QA Engineering Manager II and be based at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will define test plans, test specifications, test suites, test cases and proposed tools for functional, security and performance testing
• You will understand the product/feature in-depth from the end-user point of view and the underlying implementation.
• You will work with the Product Manager, Frontend, and Backend developers to understand the feature and the implementation to build feature tests and impacted feature test cases.
• You will debug failed test cases by analyzing logs and API responses and report bugs with details. Follow-up on bugs to closure.
• You will maintain UI (Web, Mobile app) and API automation suites. Debug and correct script and data issues in automation suites.
• You will understand automation framework and add automation test cases for the new features and regression test cases
