The BIM Designer (Autocad Draftsman) will be responsible for creating and managing digital models of building structures and systems, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Job Responsibilities

• Develop constituent parts of the information model in connection with specific task.

The role

This role will assist in the management, support, and optimization of our Property Management System (PMS), Central Reservation System (CRS) as well as connected Hotel systems. Primary

• To drive effective and efficient use of Banyan Group’s current and future Property Management Systems and Central Reservation Systems to meet Banyan Group’s long term goals.
• To provide guidance on new initiatives, connectivity requirements for new hotels/systems
• Appointed Opera Administrator to audit and upkeep Opera Pre-Implementation Workbook as per Banyan Group Standards for new and pre-opening hotels
• Availability and uptime of systems – hotel, corporate office and external office.

Requirements

• Lead modeling efforts on projects working with BIM designers to complete deliverables for each discipline.
• Setup of Revit views for use by the Project team including electronic document filing and all other facets of the electronic drawings and/or model.

Veterinarian Doctor – Emergency & Critical Care (“ECC”)

No proper emergency centre can operate without an awesome team. You will be working with Critical Care Specialists and Nurses, as well as collaborating with other teams.

The position will involve conducting examinations, performing surgeries, administering medications and also provide guidance on health, nutrition and general care. Full-time hours will include day and night shifts, weekends and public holidays on a rotational roster. Shifts are mostly 12 hours, allowing more days off per week.

What Do You Have

• Possess a veterinary degree or qualifications registrable with the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA)

• Memberships in ECC and/or rotational internship would be a bonus

• Ability to perform upper GI scopes and some emergency surgeries an advantage
