The Senior BIM Designer will create and manage digital models of building structures and systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead modeling efforts on projects working with BIM designers to complete deliverables for each discipline.
• Setup of Revit views for use by the Project team including electronic document filing and all other facets of the electronic drawings and/or model.
• Develop constituent parts of the information model in connection with specific task.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Production of project output and ownership of model information.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Train and mentor BIM Designers to ensure they are equipped to handle complex projects.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Information Technology or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modelling and Coordination work.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction and building materials is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

The BIM Designer (Autocad Draftsman) will be responsible for creating and managing digital models of building structures and systems, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing logisticsoperations related to the movement, allocation, and documentation of plant,machinery, materials, and equipment across Tanglin Corporation’s project sitesand facilities. This role works closely with site teams, transporters, vendors,and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and compliantlogistics support for operations.

A summary of theresponsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Coordinate the deployment, transfer, andreturn of plant, machinery, and equipment between project sites, yards, andvendors.
• Plan and monitor daily logistics activities,including transport scheduling, delivery timelines, and site requirements.
• Liaise closely with project teams, sitesupervisors, and operations staff to understand logistics needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of equipmentmovement, usage, availability, and logistics documentation.
• Support inventory tracking and updateinternal systems to reflect real time equipment and material status.
• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, andservice providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods andequipment.
• Assist in arranging servicing, inspections,and maintenance schedules in coordination with the Plant & Machinery team.
• Ensure logistics operations comply withworkplace safety requirements, company procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Prepare regular logistics reports and provideupdates to management on logistics status, issues, and improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives toenhance logistics efficiency, cost control, and operational effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety andoperational protocols.

Skills and Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply ChainManagement, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant logistics experience, preferably inconstruction, plant & machinery, or heavy equipment environments.
• Good understanding of local logistics operations, transportcoordination, and site based workflows.
• Familiarity with workplace safety requirements and operationalcompliance standards.

The Mobile Crane Operator is responsible for operating the Mobile Crane in a safe manner in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health (Operation of Cranes) Regulations 2011.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• To operate and support Mobile Crane related operations
• Work closely with signal team to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, including the provisions of the WSH (Construction) Regulations and WSH (Operation of Cranes) Regulations in daily lifting operations.
• Able to work from height to ascertain whether the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operations and report this to the lifting supervisor.
• Perform pre-work inspection on the crane as required by the manufacturer’s handbook to ensure that it is safe for operation and report any malfunction of the crane.
• Be prepared to stop work or to notify the WSHE Department in the event of any WSHE deviations
• Able to operate the crane in a safe manner under the clear signal from a signalman
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
• To conduct daily checks to ensure that vehicles are in good and safe condition.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Certificate in Mobile Crane Operation
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course

• Holding Crawler crane license
• Ability to work alone in confined spaces for long duration and at height
• (For truck-mounted mobile crane) Class 5 driving licence.
