Evaluate and optimize treatment processes to achieve technical and economic objectives.
Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and process design documents.
Perform engineering calculations, including:
Water balance calculations
Chemical dosing calculations
Membrane system design
Tank sizing calculations
Hydraulic calculations

2. Equipment Selection and Cost Estimation
Select and specify major treatment equipment, including:
Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems

Jurutera Jualan akan bertanggungjawab untuk memacu usaha jualan dan pembangunan perniagaan dalam sektor air tulen dan air sisa. Peranan ini memerlukan gabungan kepakaran teknikal dan ketajaman jualan untuk menyampaikan penyelesaian kami secara berkesan dan memupuk hubungan dengan pelanggan. Tanggungjawab Utama:
Mengenal pasti dan meneroka peluang perniagaan baharu dalam industri air tulen dan air sisa, termasuk pelanggan perbandaran dan perindustrian.
Membangun dan mengekalkan hubungan yang kukuh dengan pelanggan untuk memahami keperluan mereka dan menyediakan penyelesaian yang disesuaikan.
Menjalankan pembentangan teknikal dan demonstrasi produk kepada bakal pelanggan.
Bekerjasama dengan pasukan kejuruteraan dan pembangunan produk untuk memastikan penyelesaian memenuhi spesifikasi pelanggan.
Menyediakan dan mengemukakan cadangan, sebut harga dan dokumentasi teknikal untuk projek.
Kekal mengikuti perkembangan trend industri, peraturan dan aktiviti pesaing untuk meningkatkan strategi jualan.
Menghadiri persidangan industri dan pameran perdagangan untuk mempromosikan produk dan perkhidmatan kami.
Menyediakan sokongan selepas jualan untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan kerjasama jangka panjang.
Memantau dan melaporkan prestasi jualan, sasaran dan ramalan.
Kelayakan:
Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Kejuruteraan (Alam Sekitar, Awam, Kimia atau yang berkaitan) atau pengalaman yang setaraf.
Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman dalam jualan atau sokongan teknikal dalam industri air tulen dan air sisa atau bidang berkaitan.
Pemahaman yang kukuh tentang proses dan teknologi rawatan air sisa.
Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang cemerlang dengan bakat dalam membina hubungan.
Penguasaan yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris, Mandarin dan Melayu secara bertulis dan lisan.
Rekod prestasi terbukti dalam mencapai sasaran jualan dan memacu pertumbuhan pendapatan.
Kebolehan bekerja secara bebas dan kolaboratif dalam persekitaran pasukan.
Bersedia untuk melancong jika perlu untuk mesyuarat pelanggan dan lawatan tapak.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. Carry out recruiting, objective-setting, coaching, and performance-monitoring of sales amongst the representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports plus realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:
At least 4 years sales experience
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Busines Administration or a related field.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
