Job Responsibilities:
- To be active in the market with minimal guidance and to develop new accounts within specified geographical area to meet assigned goals.
- To lead all aspects of the sales process, to assist in solutions development, proposed delivery and final implementation.
- To understand the needs of the account, address them, maximize customer service, provide support and sell solutions.
- Ability to develop a professional sales presentation that is specific to the customers' needs.
- To prepare and submit Weekly Pipeline reporting.
- To have the ability to interact with customers and staffs (at all levels) in a fast-paced competitive market by being proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- Must have no fear of rejection and have the ability to conquer objections with a "no quit" mentality.
- Ability to handle situations in the best interest of both customer and company.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1- 2 year sales experience is required. Experience in lubricants will be an added advantage.
- Must mobile and willing to travel extensively. Possess an own car is a must.
- Discipline in Business studies is preferred.
- Able to effectively communicate, in both written and verbal form (Mandarin and English).
- Ability to learn products and misc. programs quickly and work efficiently with a high level of accuracy, integrity and attention to details.
