YOUR MAIN DUTIES: 

• Collaborate with the Line Manager to define quarterly and annual business strategies and targets for the Advertising team, ensuring goals are met or surpassed
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with top advertisers (CPI/CPA/CPL), offering them tailored advice and global best practices
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiating deals with both existing and prospective advertisers 
• Partner with the Affiliate Team to uncover and activate new revenue channels (CPI/CPA/CPL)
• Produce regular performance reports, forecasts, and margin analyses to guide strategy and execution
• Represent the company at global industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Assist Line Manager to mentor junior level staff and provide them with training, information and advice

You will be expected to:

• Account Management & Governance: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for strategic accounts, managing end-to-end program onboarding and resolving critical operational escalations.
• SOP & Compliance Alignment: Translate complex client quality protocols and compliance standards into robust internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for global execution.
• Performance & SLA Tracking: Monitor account-specific KPIs, safeguard operational delivery, and ensure all services align with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Technical Quality Assurance: Facilitate report validation processes and coordinate with Technical and Coordination teams to calibrate inspector resources according to client requirements.
• Data Analytics & Business Reviews: Leverage supply chain data to generate high-impact weekly/monthly performance metrics and deliver actionable insights for client business reviews.

Work Location: 12th Floor, Friendship Tower, 31 Le Duan, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

(Mon-Fri: 9.00 am - 6.00pm)

Daily Tasks

· Prepare bank payment orders, verify the completeness of supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies.

· Monitor and record travel expense claims.

· Verify sales to ensure that sales invoices are issued in alignment with sales contracts and the goods delivered.

· Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Month-end Tasks

· Reconcile balance sheet accounts according to reconciliation schedule set.

· Review outstanding receivables/ payables, prepare aging report.

· Prepare monthly VAT tax report in compliance with tax regulations.
