Channel Incentive Management

• Team lead in overseeing the development & maintenance of the Prepaid base incentive scheme for the company, ensuring competitiveness in market and driving the channel forward.
• Timely review & setup of incentives for new or refined Prepaid product offers, ensure competitiveness in market having regular review of incentive payouts to ensure a sustainable operating cost and investment.
• Regular engagement with stakeholders managing Postpaid base incentive touching Open Channel, ensuring competitiveness and relevancy for the channel.

Campaign/ Tactical Planning, Monitoring & Execution

• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned tactical/ campaigns and activities in a cohesive, organised, and well-orchestrated manner, including but not limited to, budgets, planning, processes, deliverable, collaterals, and communications, as well as all necessary coordination and engagements with multiple stakeholders within the company, including but not limited to, marketing, product, sales, distribution, dealer management, operations, performance management, legal, system & IT, corporate communications, and finance.

Position Summary

• The Production Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production scheduling, material control, and project progress activities for semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly projects.
• This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth assembly operations, on-time delivery, and efficient resource utilization while meeting quality, cost, and customer requirements. 1. Production Planning & Scheduling

Develop and manage master production schedules for semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly projects.

Position Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily sales order processing and data entry
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
• Coordinate with sales team, customers, and warehouse team
• Maintain and update sales records and customer database
• Assist in general administrative and clerical tasks
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed on time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and organizational skills
