Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
- Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues in a Windows environment.
- Use Microsoft Intune for endpoint security, device management, application deployment, and compliance enforcement.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup using Autopilot (where applicable).
Microsoft Technologies
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems to ensure reliability and security.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Assist with user and device management in Azure Active Directory (AAD).
IT Operations & Collaboration
- Work with regional and global IT teams to ensure consistent implementation of corporate IT standards.
- Participate in small to medium-scale IT initiatives and improvements related to Microsoft technologies.
Server & Network (Basic Exposure Advantage)
- Have a foundational understanding of server concepts and basic network troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams when server or network issues impact end-user operations.
Documentation
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for support procedures, device configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure timely and detailed updates on support tickets and resolutions.
Security & Compliance
- Follow security best practices in all systems and support activities.
- Support compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
- Experience with security audits (e.g., ISAE, ISO 27001) is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work beyond standard office hours when necessary (e.g., critical incidents, updates, global coordination).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive in learning new technologies and adapting to changes.
