We are seeking an experienced and capable Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and oversee all aspects of our Singapore branch operations, including underwriting, marketing, finance and accounting, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

1. Develop and implement business strategies and operational policies for the Singapore branch, including underwriting, marketing, risk management, operational management and remuneration policies, in alignment with the strategic direction agreed with Head Office.

2. Oversee and direct the overall performance of the branch to achieve the targets, standards and business objectives approved by Head Office.

3. Monitor operational performance and identify business opportunities and risks, including analysing market data across Southeast Asia and South Asia, tracking competitor activities, and reporting progress and developments to Head Office.

4. Work closely with various departments at Head Office to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives, operational development plans and business priorities.

5. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, legal obligations and Head Office policies, while maintaining effective governance, accountability and independent control functions within the branch.

6. Maintain strong relationships and communication with regulators, authorities, business partners and other relevant stakeholders.

7. Lead and develop the branch workforce, including establishing an effective management structure, fostering a strong corporate culture, and ensuring staff are properly trained and aligned with the branch’s objectives and operational requirements.

Job Requirements

1. 15 years of working experience in Reinsurance companies with at least 5 years of managerial role, with extensive and professional knowledge in all the activities in Reinsurance industry.

2. 10 years of working experience in non-life reinsurance, including marketing, underwriting, technical accounting, claims handling, and coordination of retrocession placements with domestic and international markets.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in the operation of reinsurance pool arrangements across multiple Asian markets, with direct involvement in pool member coordination, risk and premium allocation, pool financial reporting, and liaison with pool participants across different jurisdictions.

4. Proven experience in stakeholder and shareholder communication within financial institutions.

5. At least 3 years of experience at the Management level in the operation, administration, and strategic planning of a subsidiary, with a direct reporting line to management and stakeholders at the HQ.

6. Minimum 10 years of experience in an insurance or reinsurance organization with a matrix or head office-subsidiary reporting structure, with demonstrated ability to align local operations with group-level strategies, governance frameworks, and management directives.

The Company

Reporting to the Director of Middle Office and Fund Operation, the role will be responsible for all middle office and fund operations. The role will also work closely with the business on fund raising, investor due diligence, investor reporting and managing fund administrators. Who You'll Work With

As a team member of the Arista Sales team, you are the face of Arista to our customers; their internal champion for the problems they need to solve. As their champion you will align Arista’s technical resources to achieve your customer’s business outcome. You’ll partner with some of the most skilled Customer Engineers in the industry in addition to Professional Services and our Executive teams to help them understand how to execute on your customer’s behalf. Our sales teams have a culture of team success, where you’ll collaborate and be supported by like minded sales professionals. This role typically reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales.

As an AI lead – Client Director, you will be a senior consultative sales leader driving enterprise-level growth across Australia’s largest strategic customers. You will champion the adoption of next-generation AI infrastructure, cloud, and neo-cloud solutions, partnering with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver transformative business outcomes. This role operates at a growth-focused frontier of AI-powered solutions, requiring deep enterprise selling experience, a strong grasp of AI and cloud ecosystems, and a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exceed measurable sales objectives and extend the Arista brand within a named list of major enterprise accounts. 
• You will be responsible for utilizing a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders to address the business needs of hybrid cloud computing and siloed legacy IT systems across the Arista product portfolio including; Software-Driven Cloud Networking solutions, EOS (Open Source Network OS), Cognitive Campus Networking, WIFI Campus networking, Cloud Vision (Network Automation & Telemetry), Monitoring Fabric solutions in addition to NDR, Endpoint and AI driven Network Identity Access security solutions. 
• Meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-levels to present Arista’s value proposition.
• Partner with Arista Pre-Sales Engineers to design and position compelling solutions that drive down the total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with technology partners to identify prospects and demonstrate best-in-class solutions
• Establish and manage key channel relationships in your territory.
• Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic business reviews with your prospects and customers.
• Conduct demand generation activities such as happy hours, lunch-n-learns and technology forums.
• Collaborate with Arista peers on marketing plans and best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with technology partner solutions, competing solutions and competitor strategies.

We're looking for an exceptional Director, Customer Success ANZ to lead and grow our Customer Success team across Australia and New Zealand. This is a senior leadership role with real scope — you'll shape the strategy, build the frameworks, and directly coach a team of CSMs covering SMB through to Enterprise and Government accounts.

Sitting within our ANZ GTM leadership team and working closely with the VP of Customer Success, you'll be the driving force behind customer retention, satisfaction, and growth across our ANZ portfolio. What You'll Do

Strategy & Execution

• Partner with the VP of Customer Success to develop and execute a globally consistent CS strategy for the ANZ market
• Build and refine engagement models for a tiered CSM structure, including onboarding, health checks, strategic reviews, churn monitoring, upsell alerts, and renewal strategies
• Monitor and interpret customer metrics across the full lifecycle and translate insights into actionable business reporting

Customer Success

• Champion exceptional customer satisfaction across the entire ANZ account portfolio
• Develop customer-centric account plans and communicate progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor, building deep, long-lasting relationships with executive sponsors and key accounts
• Drive product adoption, retention, and growth initiatives to maximise customer lifetime value
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic account planning, territory priorities, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and mentor the ANZ CSM team across all customer segments (SMB, Commercial, Enterprise, Government)
• Set clear objectives and KPIs, hold team members accountable, and support their professional development
• Facilitate regular team meetings to share knowledge, celebrate wins, resolve challenges, and deliver training
• Ensure thorough and effective onboarding for all new team members
• Help the team navigate escalations and complex customer issues by coordinating across internal and external partners
