Job Requirements

The Head/Deputy Director, SOS Academy (SOSA) provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure the academy achieves its learning, organisational, and financial objectives. Reporting to the CEO of SOS, the role is responsible for driving the development and execution of SOSA’s vision, mission, and strategic priorities.

The Head oversees training excellence, programme development and delivery, operational performance, financial sustainability, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and organisational growth.

PRE-SALES
In the respective Region, the Regional Customer Director (RCD) supports the Global Customer Director (GCD):

Strategic account planning 
• Provide input to Customer Development Plan, ensure buy-in within DHL for own region, and execute regional actions
• Identify long run prospects, game changing initiatives, innovation and eCommerce agenda in respective region

The SDLC and Runtime (SDLCR) team builds and manages the firm’s mission critical platforms for job scheduling, compute-as-a-service, file transfer, and the firmwide software development lifecycle (e.g., software distribution, automated testing, CI/CD). These platforms empower the firm’s expansive set of global developers to deliver services, products, and platforms for internal and external customers.

JAVA CI/CD DEVELOPER

You will be part of Java-Slang Integration (JSI), a global team of Java/polyglot developers that design, develop and deploy the runtime of a proprietary build pipeline. This pipeline is used for the build, test and deployment at scale of some of the firms most business critical applications. The platform and the surrounding tool chain that form the JSI ecosystem allow the production of binaries that interop our proprietary front office language, SLANG, with the JVM ecosystem.
