Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on professional to join our Asset Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in post-investment value creation, with a focus on Post-Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives. You will work closely with portfolio companies to strengthen corporate governance, enhance operational and financial frameworks, and drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

• Support post-investment activities, including Post-Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives across portfolio companies

Requirements
