Requirements

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance warehouse operations through improved workflow efficiency, operational accuracy, and cost optimization. This role will lead projects focused on transitioning warehouse operations toward automation and intelligent systems, including the implementation of robotics, automated solutions, and AI-driven technologies.

The incumbent will play a key role in managing end-to-end projects that transform the warehouse into a more efficient, scalable, and data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution of warehouse improvement and automation projects, from planning through implementation and post-go-live optimization.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, IT, and external vendors.

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

• Analyze existing warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and project success.

Warehouse Automation Initiatives

• Support the evaluation and implementation of warehouse automation technologies, including: Robotics solutions, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS)Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) / Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
• Manage vendor engagement, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee pilot programs and support scaling of successful automation solutions.

AI & Data-Driven Optimization

• Collaborate with IT and data teams to implement AI-driven solutions within warehouse operations.
• Support initiatives in: Demand forecasting, Inventory optimization, Predictive maintenance
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technology implementations.

Systems Integration & Technology Collaboration

• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and automation technologies.
• Support data flow and reporting requirements to enable real-time decision-making.

Change Management & Adoption

• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Develop training plans and materials for warehouse teams.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and digital adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, warehouse operations, or supply chain transformation.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in automation or process improvement.
• Exposure to warehouse automation technologies or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously enhance the debit card product value proposition across key customer segments, including Emerging Affluent and Affluent customers.
• Identify customer needs, usage behaviors, and pain points to drive product enhancements and CVP (Customer Value Proposition) refresh initiatives.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and market benchmarking to ensure product relevance, differentiation, and competitiveness in the payments landscape.
• Drive initiatives to increase debit card activation, usage frequency, and spend penetration across customer segments. Monitor portfolio performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and overall profitability.
• Support marketing-led campaigns and collaborate with internal marketing and benefits teams to design and execute strategies that encourage everyday card usage and customer engagement.
• Implement, manage, and optimize card benefits programs across both debit and credit card portfolios, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and customer expectations.
• Support CVP refresh initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and rationalizing existing benefits, ensuring they remain relevant and aligned with target customer segments.
• Ensure all card benefits are clearly positioned and communicated as part of a cohesive and compelling overall card value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with network partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver new card features, enhancements, and system improvements.
• Support issuer-specific priorities while ensuring alignment with broader payments and cards strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in cards product management, preferably in debit cards, payments, or consumer banking.
• Strong understanding of debit card functionality, payment processing flows, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.
