GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) supports one or more Relationship Manager(s) (RM) / Group Head(s) (GH) in daily operations, administration and client management. The ARM interacts with internal and external stakeholders, provides clients with relevant information and supports the RM in implementing customised solutions. Furthermore, the ARM acts as role model in bringing the best service quality to the RMs/GH in a fast, professional and friendly manner, and thus helping the team to manage, develop and grow its client base. They channel client feedback to the relevant individuals/departments within the Bank to foster continuous improvement and fast adaptation of processes.

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

CLIENT ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

· Supports RMs/GH in client interaction and all related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents etc.) with high-quality, precision and timely responsiveness

· Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)

· Manages the RM/GH’s calendar, prepares client meetings, organizes business trips, completes the post processing of client calls, client meetings or business trips for RMs/GH

· Ensures adherence to local regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards (e.g. new account openings, payment instructions, reviewing client phone calls or signing off at own level of competence etc.)in collaboration with the respective RMs, GH and Team Business Manager

• Monitor the implementation status of internal audit recommendations by engaging process owners and ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
• Conduct internal control assessments and reviews for assigned projects or business initiatives.
• Maintain and update Group policies, SOPs, and procedure manuals to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational needs before circulation.

Requirements:

• Possess at least an Degree in Accountancy/ACCA; CA or CIA certification
• At least 5 years of experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk management, or compliance—ideally within real estate, property development, or hospitality.
• Strong background in Big 4 audit and commercial internal audit or internal controls roles.
• Independent, meticulous, and discreet, with strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to draft policies and manage risk registers effectively.

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Head of Customer Service & Support to establish and lead our customer-facing function from the ground up. This is a founding leadership role — you will define the standards, systems, and team that represent our company to clients, users, and partners across Singapore, the US, and Dubai.

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of client and user support: from onboarding and day-to-day enquiries, to issue resolution and relationship management across multiple markets. Client & Guest Relations

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management — with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Background in blockchain, fintech, financial services, or a technology-driven client-facing environment is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build and lead service teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure — particularly during live events
