About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive B2B Sales professional to manage project-based air conditioning sales. This role involves working closely with contractors, consultants, and dealers to drive project conversions and expand LG’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales

• Provide Aircon quotation for projects.
• Contact contractors for constant follow up from quotation to sales conversion.
• To develop key aircon contractors to meet assign sales target.
• Dealing with each ES retail buyers and shop managers.
• Prudent AR collection within specific credit limit & days.
• To cover main contractor to ensure submission of LG brand to most projects.

Inventories

• To attend weekly PSI meeting to update and forecast equipment ordering for confirmed projects.
• Have foresight to forecast based on quotation pattern for stocks for A&A projects

Seminar

• Conduct NPI for new & existing dealers to ensure they are constantly using LG as their priority brands for project submission.

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operation (Prefer B2B sector)

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

• Strong sales coordination and schedule management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We are seeking for a proactive and detail oriented person to join our team on a contract basis. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the Product Management teams, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• To support division in maintaining the operational aspects of sales & marketing activities.
• Assist Team leader to consolidate the monthly budget plan with the respective key account managers for budget planning and approval.
• Timely verification & processing of external Sales & Marketing invoices for claims submission.
• Support NPI(New Product Introduction)Product Creation for Channel listing & pricing registration/ updates in system
• Handle NPI(New Product Introduction) Launch, island-wide promotion communication to Channel partners.
• Conduct regular competitor product benchmarking to support business growth
• Any other Ad Hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
• 1~3 years of relevant experience in adminstrative support or marketing coordination.
• Proficient in MS office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Well-organized, Analytical and attentive to details
• Able to multi-task and immerse in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

One (1) Year Renewal Contract

We are looking for a person who is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable activities for subscription‑based customers, ensuring accurate recurring billing, timely collections, and effective credit risk management to support company cash flow and working capital objectives.

Key Responsibilities :-

Subscription Billing & AR Management

• Oversee recurring subscription invoicing/billing in accordance with contract terms.
• Manage billing accuracy related to renewals, changes, cancellations, and proration.
• Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with Sales and Contract teams.
• Phone call and WhatsApp to follow up with customers on payment.
• Liase with debt collection company in case of long overdue A/R.

Collections & Cash Flow

• Lead collection activities and monitor overdue balances.
• Analyze AR aging and payment trends to mitigate collection risk.
• Ensure timely and accurate cash application.
• Follow up with customers for unsuccessful deductions.

Credit & Risk Control

• Evaluate customer credit risk based on payment history and contract exposure
• Recommend payment terms, credit limits, and prepayment requirements where needed
• Monitor AR exposure related to long‑term subscription contracts

Reporting & Closing

• Prepare AR reports including DSO, overdue ratio, and collection effectiveness
• Support month‑end closing, reconciliations, and audit processes
• Provide AR risk analysis and improvement actions to management

Process Improvement

• Support continuous improvement of subscription AR for both B2B and B2C Business
• Participate in NERP / billing system enhancements and control improvements

Others

• Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and projects to support the AR function
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements :-

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and communication abilities.
