• Collaborate with brand, digital marketing and property teams to ensure loyalty messaging is integrated into broader campaigns.
  
• Support tactical promotions that stimulate member activity while maintaining commercial discipline.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report regular insights on member behaviour, revenue contribution and campaign performance using CRM dashboards, Google Analytics and business intelligence tools.
  
• Maintain dashboards that track loyalty KPIs and campaign ROI.
  

Governance & Stakeholder Support

• Maintain CRM data accuracy through routine audits and quality checks.
  
• Develop and update SOPs and any documentation related to loyalty programme and emai marketing operations.
  
• Support onboarding and training of property teams on loyalty processes and systems.
  
• Liaise with CRM vendors or internal tech teams on basic troubleshooting and system enhancements.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor, carrying them out diligently and professionally. 
  

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in loyalty programme management and marketing
  
• Hands-on experience with both CRM systems and marketing automation systems
  
• Detail-oriented with good operational discipline
  
• Strong copywriting and analytical skills
  
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

Position Statement

A Wedding Sales Manager is responsible for maximization of revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, meetings and events by driving sales acquisitions, maximizing business opportunities and increasing business conversions.

What will you be doing?

As a Wedding Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure all inquiries are responded to in a prompt and professional manner and updated in Delphi fdc system.
• Respond to all guests’ enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate and updated database of contacts, group and meeting enquiries.
• Work with all stakeholders to ensure support for business conversion, including follow up on leads’ conversion with support from room sales team; work with business support and revenue team for optimised pricing strategy and support for exceptional service delivery from operations teams of Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to deliver exemplary guests service.
• Conduct sales visits, product presentations (including virtual sessions), site inspections and attend tradeshows to drive business acquisitions.
• Produce accurate and timely reports including but not limiting to sales calls reports, business leads status reports and post show/tradeshow event summary.
• Prepare proposals, engage in negotiations and confirmation of business through contracting.
• Prepare and lead discussions in Pre Conference Meeting, Group Resume and Banquet Event Order to all internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of groups or events.
• Contribute and participate in hotel organised sales activities including sales blitz and wedding shows and any other Hilton organised sales initiatives.
• Establish good working relationships with internal stakeholders and external guests including event contractors and suppliers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets as an individual and contribute to team’s revenue targets.
• Support enrolment and revenue contribution from Hilton Honors.
• Comply to hotel’s credit policy and ensure full settlement of payments within agreed timeline as contracted.
