RESPONSIBILITIES

Advertising Fulfilment and Installation

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production, customisation, installation, and dismantling of physical A&P assets across the venue (e.g. banners, decals, signage, hanging structures, display panels, etc.).
• Oversee appointed contractors and vendors responsible for printing, fabrication, and installation works to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Ensure all installations comply with venue operational guidelines and safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to verify placement accuracy and installation quality.
• Coordinate timely teardown and reinstatement of advertising spaces after events.

A&P Inventory and Space Management

• Manage the operational fulfilment of booked A&P inventory across the venue.
• Maintain accurate records of A&P locations, bookings, and installation schedules.
• Ensure A&P spaces across the venue are well-maintained and ready for activation.
• Review existing A&P spaces and propose improvements to enhance utilisation and visual impact.

Digital Advertising Management

• Manage the venue's digital advertising screens and display systems.
• Upload and schedule house content as well as organiser advertising content.
• Ensure digital content is displayed accurately and according to approved schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant vendors or internal teams for troubleshooting and maintenance of digital display systems.

Stakeholder and Client Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Event Management, and Operations to ensure seamless fulfilment of A&P commitments.
• Liaise with organisers, partners, and contractors on advertising installation requirements and timelines.
• Address client feedback related to A&P placements and installations in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Provide on-site coordination during event setup periods when required.

Marketing Collaboration and A&P Development

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to explore and develop new advertising formats and A&P opportunities within the venue.
• Provide operational insights on feasibility, installation requirements, and optimisation of advertising spaces.
• Support initiatives to enhance the venue's advertising offerings and visual presentation.

Operational Planning

• Plan installation schedules in alignment with event build-up and teardown timelines to ensure efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with venue operational procedures and safety regulations.
• Support ad-hoc operational initiatives and projects related to venue advertising assets.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Marketing and or Business related field.
• Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Critical thinker, problem solver and attention to details.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects.
• Familiarity with digital signage systems or content management platforms will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation for reporting to BDs – sales trend, market situation, BP, company KPIs, recovery action, etc.
• Consolidation of sales data for reporting to Business Divisions.
• Liaison with internal sales to review customer Entity Listing status.
• Organise monthly internal sales meeting.
• Support to analyse sales, customer, and market situation, trend, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities: You will be part of the Strategic Planning & Business Development , working closely with teams in Strategic & Corporate Planning, Business Development, Business Intelligence, and Marketing & Communications.

As a key member of the Finance team, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations while acting as a trusted finance partner to the organisation.

• Oversee financial operations including payments, collections and fixed assets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal policies and external requirements.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Piling Project Manager to oversee and manage piling operations on construction projects from planning through to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the piling work are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with health and safety regulations and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise piling works across multiple sites.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely execution.

• Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality assurance.

• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and construction reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Manage and develop project team including engineers, supervisors, and site workers.

• Troubleshoot onsite issues and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure all equipment and materials are properly managed and maintained.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a piling supervisory or management role.

• Proven knowledge of various piling methods (e.g., CFA, driven piles, bored piles, secant piles).

• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management software and MS Office tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiar with industry safety regulations and quality standards.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Willing to travel to various project sites as needed.
