Job Purpose:
Providing administration support, especially focus will be on:
1. Website/webshop and Marcom activities
2. After-show follow-up to materialize leads derived from exhibitions/shows
3. Managing advertisements with distributors and publishers
4. Product pricing maintenance on webshop and distributor platforms
5. Developing marketing plans aligned with business goals
6. Trademarks-related activities
7. Maintaining and improving the company’s website
8. Collaborating with distributors on marketing-related events
Key responsibilities:
1. Undertake daily marketing administrative tasks
2. Conceptualize and deliver collateral design (posters, banners, brochures, graphics)
3. Contribute to video production for corporate and product promotion
4. Conduct data entry and ad-hoc administration relating to Marcom
5. Research and identify suitable global shows for participation
6. Follow up on leads after exhibitions and shows
7. Support departments in developing short- and long-term marketing plans
8. Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., newsletters, brochures)
9. Schedule and organize marketing events such as webinars, seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing activities
10. Manage corporate social media platforms
11. Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring proper resource allocation
12. Monitor competitor activities and collaterals within the semiconductor industry
13. Assist in trademarks-related activities
14. Maintain and continuously improve the company’s website
15. Work with distributors on joint marketing events and initiatives
16. Any ad hoc duties as required
Additional responsibilities:
1. Assist in following up sales leads generated from marketing activities
Knowledge and skill requirements:
1. Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integration with other technologies
2. Ability to manage multiple projects with system integrators, distributors, and customers
3. Strong technical capability and communication skills (oral and written) is preferred
4. Good administrative experience alongside marketing expertise
5. Fully conversant with MS Office
6. Degree-level education with brand/sales marketing experience preferred, or equivalent experience
7. Knowledge of electronics or semiconductor industry/product development is a plus
8. Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.
9. Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs for paid Marcom campaigns
10. Flexibility to work a varied schedule
