Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Provide fullspectrum human resource functions support including recruitment, payrollprocessing and administration, compensation and benefits, employee relationsand retention programs, employee learning and development etc.

2. Assist andsupport in providing HR advisory service to line functions and ensure allemployment activities and HR practices are aligned with HR policies and incompliance with employment legislations.

3. Liaise closelywith hiring managers on their recruitment requirements, establish and manageall recruitment resources and activities creatively and effectively to deliverconsistent and timely manpower results. 

4. Process andmonitor all work pass matters including application, renewal, cancellation ofpass holders, security bond, updates of OFWAS etc.

5. Handle allrecruitment processes and its related administrations from onboarding tooffboarding of employees as well as any other employment changes i.e.confirmation, transfer, deployment, re-employment etc.

6. Provide timelyand accurate payroll processing and all related reports as well as allstatutory reports submissions and filing requirements e.g. IR21, CPF, IRAS, NSetc, and ensure its compliance with company’s policies and locallegislations. 

7. Build rapport,engage and sustain good relationship with all stakeholders.

8. Providesupport in the compilation of HR reports, government surveys and submissions.

9. Assist andsupport in the annual budgeting and full appraisal exercise cycle.

10.  Support andcoordinate employee engagement and talent management programs such as inductionand orientation, training and development program, internships and industrialattachment.

11.  Assist inplanning and organizing employee engagement and team bonding activities i.e.townhall sessions, work health promotion and recreational activities and eventsetc.

12.  Be part of theteam to provide support in reviewing policies and contracts renewal includingcollective agreements, staff insurance policies, staff bus contract etc.

13.  Handle all HRadministration including birthday vouchers, update of internal telephonedirectory, proper filing of all documentations and records in soft and hardcopies.

14. Any other duties as and when assigned by the ReportingOfficer/Head of Department.

Requirements:

·        Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

·        At least 2 years of hands-on relevant experience preferably in serviceor hospitality industry. Those with payroll processing and training &development experience would be an added advantage.

·        Good knowledge of local HR practices and employment legislations

1. EventSales

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities incorporate events, conferences, and private functions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potentialclients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentationsand proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, packages, and pricing tomaximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.

2. Events Planning & Strategy

• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal andexternal events, including corporate functions, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, andstaff activities.
• Develop event concept ideas (if applicable),contact suppliers, and develop event costing as part of event planning
• Understand every event’s executional challengesahead of time and highlight potential issues to management and other related WingsOverAsiafunctions
• Able to understand competitive landscapeindependently and recommend strategy/plan adjustments.

3.    Event Execution & Operations

• Execute events and meet customer servicelevels and expectations for all events and associated KPIs – customer survey,feedback, events planning milestones, events execution timeliness, adherence toevents budgets, etc
• Track planning and setup progress as part ofscheduled events’ execution
• Facilitate on-site for event setup,execution, and teardown. Ensure smooth flow and coordination during the event.
• Communicate and work with internal andexternal parties to plan, set up, and execute events

4.  MarketingCommunications

• Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop event-related materials (e.g., invitations, brochures, online content)and manage event registration and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain up-to-date events calendar in WOAfacilities (Lounge, Rooftop Terrace, Board Room, Hangar66 Café area, etc)
• Conduct post-event evaluations and generatereports on event success, ROI, and areas for improvement.

5.     Supplier & Vendor Management

• Source caterers, AV equipment, decorators,and other suppliers, including pre-event briefings.
• Maintain central event support servicesupplier listings with latest pricing and assessment of product/servicequality, and effective working relationship

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management,Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in eventscoordination or project management.
• Excellent organizational and time managementskills.
• Strong communication and interpersonalabilities.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure tomeet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge ofdesign or event software is a plus.
• Willing to work evenings or weekendsdepending on event schedules.

Café Operations

Catering Support (Aviation)

• Prepare and pack food items for aircraft catering
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of catering requests

Requirements

• Able to work independently and manage day-to-day café operations
• Basic barista skills or willingness to learn
• Experience in F&B, café, or catering operations preferred
• Possess valid Food Hygiene Certificate (e.g., WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 or equivalent)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills

About

This temporary role supports HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, smooth HR processes, and operational support while the incumbent HR staff is on maternity leave. The role focuses on administration, recruitment, payroll support, reporting, and employee engagement, providing a well-rounded HR experience in a fast-paced environment

Reporting: Reports to the Senior HR Manager based at another site, with regular remote coordination via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, while providing on-site HR support and working closely with the site Operations Heads on day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
1. HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and memos
• Ensure proper documentation and filing (electronic and physical)

2. Recruitment& Onboarding

• Post job advertisements, screen candidates and coordinate interview arrangements
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials
• Conduct onboarding briefings for new hires
• Handle Work Pass applications and renewals, including related processes such as security bonds and other statutory requirements

3. Payroll &Benefits Support

• Support payroll activities by collecting attendance, leave records, and related documents for processing

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR
• IT-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
• Experience with HRMS systems(e.g. Info-Tech, Workday) will be advantageous
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards’ regulations
• Well-organised, systematic, meticulous, multi-tasking, and a good team player
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently in a stand-alone role
