Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day planning, coordination, execution, and performance monitoring of aircraft ground handling and trip support operations.
- Lead, train, and maintain team competency, ensuring service excellence and up-to-date operational knowledge.
- Personally meet and greet clients to ensure a warm welcome and smooth service experience.
- Ensure effective resolution of service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Drive process compliance and continuous improvement in the operations.
- Manage manpower planning, staff productivity, and efficient rostering to support operational needs.
- Ensure prompt service response times and effective resolution of issues within defined turnaround periods.
- Champion customer satisfaction by leading the team to meet and exceed service quality KPIs.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and high-standard product and service outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, Aviation, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of progressive management experience, with a strong track record in business operations and financial performance.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and customer-facing operations, with a commitment to service quality.
- Deep industry knowledge and end-to-end understanding of business processes within aviation or related sectors.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, including professional sales capability.
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational ability, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership in fostering positive employee relations and cultivating a safe, team-oriented, and improvement-driven workplace.
- Highly dependable and accountable, with strong self-initiative and a results-driven approach to achieving business goals.
- Professional, courteous, and confident when interacting with clients, partners, and team members.
