Job Description:

As a Data Analyst cum COO Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support our business decision-making processes. You will also responsible for providing high-level administrative support and managing the daily activities of the COO. Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business operations.

2. Develop and maintain data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.

Job Description

 1.      Coordinate and manage the execution of physical oil cargoes (crude and/or refined products).

2.      Monitor shipping schedules, demurrage exposure, and laytime calculations.

3.      Monitor product movement and delivery, update stakeholders on shipment status.

4.      Track cargo loss/gain, quality discrepancies, and report operational risks.

5.      Support monthly closing process in coordination with finance and trade support teams.

6.      Maintain operational compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

7.      Update internal systems with operational data and reports.

8.      Liaise with customers, surveyors, barge operators, suppliers, and port authorities to ensure smooth bunker supply.
