Personal Assistant Duties
• Provide direct administrative and personal support to the Director/Management.
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks when required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Administrative Duties
• Manage office administration and ensure smooth dailyoperations.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone callsprofessionally.
• Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support company events, travel bookings, and logistics.
• Other ad-hoc duties whenever required
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field(preferred).
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with counterparts in China.
