Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (D.O.) for customer deliveries.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (P.O.) to suppliers and ensure requested materials are delivered on schedule.
• Monitor and maintain inventory records, ensuring system stock matches physical stock.
• Reconcile supplier order reports with Purchase Orders (P.O.), Delivery Orders (D.O.), and supplier invoices.

Candidate Role

Job Scope

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Project Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and developing business opportunities. While experience in the M&E, construction, or fire protection industry is an advantage, it is not essential. What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on enquiries.

• Work closely with Project Engineers to develop suitable technical solutions for customers.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover of awarded projects.
• Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the sales process.
• Keep track of sales opportunities and provide updates on quotation status.

Job Description:

• In charge of providing after-sale service and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for performing installation, retrofit & upgrade, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for electronics assembly and inspection equipment.
• In charge of diagnose technical problem, determine the solution and assist customer in implementing the fix.
• Responsible for conducting on-site evaluation for electronics assembly and inspection equipment at customer sites.
• Responsible in supporting sales in technical support and application of products.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic in Engineering

1) Dismantle and Reassemble Instrumentation Equipment

• Identify potential sources of hazard prior to dismantling.
• Use correct procedures and correct method of dismantling.
• Carry out the correct isolation and disconnection procedure.
• Identify, check and prepare components.
• Apply appropriate tests and test equipment to ensure reassembly is correct and effective

2) Monitor and Maintain the condition of Instrumentation Equipment.

• Adjust instruments to meet the operating specification
• Make adjustments with minimum disruption to any ongoing activities and minimum waste of resources.
• Monitor and record what has been carried out in work history or log.

3) Diagnose Faults in Equipment.

• Respond promptly to problems in line with approved procedures.
• Select appropriate tests and diagnostic procedures and apply them methodically.
• Carry out Visual, Close and Detailed inspections on ‘Ex’ equipment.
• Use the results of inspections to determine the appropriate actions to take.
• Record an accurate and full description in the appropriate document history

4) Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures.

• Unplanned discharges to the environment are identified, halted where possible, and reported according to policy, procedure and regulation.
• Relevant PPE is used to deal with unplanned discharges using company procedures.
• Equipment, waste or other materials for disposal are dealt with according to the correct procedure.
• Environmental protection and pollution control are enforced effectively with colleagues, subordinates and subcontractors.

5) Emergency Response

• Demonstrate competence during Emergency Response Drills and training exercises.
• Carry out Emergency Response role

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience and/or qualified to N/SVQ/HNC/HND in Instrument Engineering or local equivalent
• 3 yrs experience desired with offshore experience preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities.
• Good experience of Permit to Work, Instrument/Mechanical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment.
• COMP ex E’X’ course preferred.
• Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalent

• To empty all waste, rubbish and recyclables in the appropriate disposal area.

• Perform any other duties assigned by your superiors.
