Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager with catering industry experience to lead sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand business opportunities across corporate, private, and event catering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
* Source and secure new catering clients including corporate accounts, weddings, private events, schools, and government projects.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and catering packages tailored to client needs.
* Coordinate closely with kitchen, operations, and event teams to ensure smooth event execution.
* Conduct site visits, client meetings, and event consultations.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the catering industry.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
