Job Descriptions

• Lead and manage the architectural team, including Design Coordinators, to ensure smooth execution of architectural works in line with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production of construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions, ensuring timely approvals.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of architectural designs.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of local authority submission processes and construction practices in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• As an Information / BIM Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client’s digital content is produced, stored, shared, and exploited using the latest technologies and practices.
• Establish and lead a team to undertake the functions of effective information management as identified in ISO 19650 throughout our projects' lifecycles, where the client is either the Lead Appointed Party or an Appointed Party.
• Review Client Information Requirements (EIRs) and perform the role and responsibilities of the Project Information Manager as identified in ISO 19650
• Work with the appointing parties to understand the Project's: Information Requirements; Delivery Milestones; Information Standards; Production methods and procedures; reference information and shared resources; and Information Management protocol.

What you will do:

Job description:

· Responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing project construction activities to successfully meet project specifications and schedules as Contractor’s principal representative to Owner at the jobsite.

· Forms preliminary construction plans including organization, staffing, and administration, subject to review by the Project Manager.

· Studies specifications to plan construction procedures; monitors procurement of equipment and materials to be delivered to conform towork schedules.

· Finalizes assignment of field construction personnel and mobilization plan of manpower; assembles members of organization at the start of the project.

· Authorizes work and services to be purchased from outside sources or subcontracted at the jobsite in accordance with construction policy and project economics.

· Confers with or directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.

· Authorizes the field construction schedule and field construction procedures to ensure good workmanship, safe construction, and on-schedule performance.

· Acts as liaison between Contractor and Owner’s representatives in the interpretation of specifications.

· Receives from subordinates’ reports on progress, materials, manpower, and costs, and directs the work schedule.

· Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications. Develops new construction methods to satisfy unusual circumstances and changes from the original plan.

· Approves jobsite expenditures for labor and services by reviewing cost records, workmanship, material quality and quantity, scheduling and procurement.

· Approves Safety procedures for all site workers to abide.

Requirements:-

• Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering field
• 5 years’ experience least in oil & gas, chemical construction industry
• Experience in executing construction in process/petrochemical plants and storage terminals
• Degree holder in relevant major
• Independent, resourceful, diligent and good team player.
• Able to lead supervisors & workers to comply, fulfil projects requirements, meeting schedules.
• Expected to perform hands-on duties with acquired skills and knowledge.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations to ensure smooth daily functions, excellent customer service, profitability, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The role involves managing staff, monitoring performance, controlling costs, and ensuring that both front-of-house and back-of-house operations meet the company’s quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including service, kitchen, and bar areas.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure efficient operations.

Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of food, beverages, and supplies.

Ensure compliance with SFA, NEA, and Liquor Licensing regulations.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.

Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

Monitor financial performance, control operational costs, and prepare sales and expense reports.

Conduct regular briefings and meetings with staff to ensure alignment on service standards.

Supervise cleanliness, maintenance, and safety within the restaurant premises.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to support restaurant operations.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and other relevant statutory requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or Business Administration.

Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in F&B or hospitality operations.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

Good understanding of restaurant operations, food hygiene, and service standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems; knowledge of inventory management preferred.

WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate is mandatory.

Familiar with SFA, Liquor Licensing, and WSH regulations in Singapore.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Class 3 Driving Licence (advantage).

4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule
