MAIN TASK

As Flagship Store Manager the person will manage day by day operations in the Flagship Store. According to the Marketing and Sales Strategy the daily tasks will include showroom operations and events management.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Customer management

• Welcome and engage every guest providing the best customer experience.

• Manage or assist the showroom walk-ins, supporting the team with showroom visits previously booked.

• Work with Business developers to constantly increase the traffic within the Flagship Store.

• Use of CRM system (Sales Force) to register the appointments and the relative follow-ups.

Showroom Management

• Maintain the showroom and the services offered with the high Company’s standards and values.

• Ensure the Showroom is always in perfect condition (clean and tidy).

• Organize, manage, and supervise the showroom’s maintenance together with the local suppliers.

• Manage the Marketing tools and ensure their constant availability through a dedicated inventory to be kept always updated (catalogues, samples, folders, branded gadgets).

• Keep the space always updated and upgraded with the last merchandising & marketing set-up.

• Assisting with the samples’ request and their relative storage.

• Insert the order of the local warehouse, using SAP HANA system

Event Management

• Help to organize events and the related operations (average 2 events per month)

Admin/Desk Office activities

• Manage the general enquiry by email and/or phone calls.

• Support the sales team by preparing samples and the relative shipments (either locally or oversea) for Customer , Architect Studios, Design Studios, Contractors, Developers.

Requirements

• Strong customer-facing orientation, excellent client-centric approach.

• Fluent English and in Mandarin as the role may required to deal with Chinese speaking customers

• Passion for architecture and design.

• Good communication skills.

• Organization and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA software will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines, SWC and sub-contractors.
• Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines,SWC and sub-contractors to deliver and/or manage BIM data
• Collect, integrate, and audit BIM data and process as defined in the BIM requirements, design codes and authority regulation.
• Audit model and BIM data to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Trouble-shoot & resolve BIM issues pertaining to BIM projects.

• Participate as auditor personnel for our clients in project BIM meetings and lead the meeting as well.

• Audit and report project metrics related to the BIM model and data as defined by the client’s team.
• Generate progress & status reports for BIM projects.
• Highlight clashes/discrepancies in the meeting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or its relevant discipline
• With minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Clear understanding of all the services.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues
• Team player with good communication skills
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and Autocad
• Must have good documentation skills
• Familiar with Building & Construction regulation of Singapore

Job Summary
