• Support the administration and coordination of training activities, including course registration, scheduling, logistics and maintenance of training records.
• Manage training grants and programmes, including application submission, documentation and payment processing.
• Liaise with department coordinators and staff on training nominations and requests and assist in monitoring training budgets and attendance.
• Register mandatory courses (e.g. CSOC, bizSAFE) and track completion status.
• Assist with CoreTrade renewal for worker and supervisor levels.
