Job Responsibilities

Business Manager (Central Kitchen) manages the overall performance of an organization's central kitchen. Besides monitoring production output levels to ensure that quality levels are maintained, he/she is also expected to set up new food production standards, kitchen operation guidelines and to propose research and development activities for new products. Job Responsibilities

You will be part of the regional legal team and provide legal counsel support to X Star businesses in the region.

1. Contract Management:

• Review and draft a wide range of commercial contracts and documents, including but not limited to partnership agreements, procurement contracts, service agreements, internal policies and pleadings.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should be seasoned Legal Counsel professional with:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, or related fields.
• A qualification certificate (QC) issued by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education or Malaysian Certificate in Legal Practice, with familiarity of Malaysian legal system is preferred.
• At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably gained in finance, automotive, or technology companies.
• Proven track record in handling litigation and arbitration cases in Singapore & Experience in handling cross-border legal matters involving multiple jurisdictions, demonstrating adaptability to diverse legal and cultural environments.

Mandatory Requirements
