Accounts Responsibilities:
1. Assist in timely closing for monthly/yearly accounts, including preparation of monthly reporting schedules.
2. Assist in providing information and preparing schedules for audit-related matters.
3. Assist in maintain banking administration (online portal) for bank accounts
4. Prepare monthly schedules
5. Prepare ad-hoc reporting schedules to management
6. Assist in both AR and AP administration including liaison with external parties (ie. posting, billing, payments, receipts, invoice compilation etc.)
Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time
Admin Responsibilities
1. Liaise with recruitment agencies for the hiring of foreign workers.
2. Handle application and renewal of work passes for foreign workers, including e-issuance of passes (e.g., EP, SP, and WP).
3. Purchase and renew security bonds, work injury compensation, and medical insurance upon workers’ arrival and prior to expiry.
4. Arrange ESOC registration and medical check-ups for workers upon arrival.
5. Prepare appointment letters, letters for passport safekeeping, and submit NCPG online applications to prevent workers from entering casinos.
6. Arrange workers’ dormitory accommodation and update records on MOM’s OFWAS portal.
7. Coordinate relevant training courses and apply for available grants or funding support where applicable.
8. Apply for foreign worker levy waivers when eligible.
9. Prepare and submit statutory reporting (ie. IR8A, IR21, CPF, etc.)
10. Administration of company vehicle transactions
11. Procure and replenish office supplies and necessities.
12. Print and manage office stationery, including envelopes, letterheads, name cards, etc.
13. Perform any other general administrative duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
14. Coordinate and organize company events.
15. Maintain and update the company contact list.
16. Manage company vehicle insurance renewals.
17. Oversee office equipment maintenance and general housekeeping.
