Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support for daily business activities
• Assist in transport planning (import/export/collection/return) and verify drivers’ trip claims
• Handle port clearance procedures and related documentation
• Process sales invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate records
• Monitor and order office supplies and spare parts for projects and operations
• Organize filing systems to meet audit and regulatory requirements
• Perform general admin duties (data entry, calls, scheduling, scanning, etc.)
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth workflow
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Computer literate (MS Office proficiency preferred)
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
• Training provided – No prior experience required
• 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturdays off)
