Responsibilities:
- Lead full spectrum of Project Management including Overall Procurement, Construction, Manpower Planning, Testing and Commissioning.
- Involve work force arrangement for Plumbing, Sanitary , Gas and Precast yard services.
- Budget and Cost Control.
- Preparation of Progress Claims.
- Coordination and liaison with Clients, Consultants, Architect, Authorities, Project teams, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
- Daily Operations for all the projects and maintenance.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma.
- Min 5 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity in Plumbing & Sanitary Services.
- Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Able to liaise with mandarin speaking sub contractors.
