- To plan and perform risk identification that has potential threat in organization goals & objectives or smooth running the operations such as financial, operational, compliance, etc
- To plan and perform risks analysis based on their probability & effect.
- To establish risk mitigation plan with process owners to reduce or remove these risks.
- To conduct employee training & awareness to help them to understand organizational risks, how to observe and report the risks.
- To prepare risk management report to the Risk committee
- To plan and perform regular audit to ensure Regulatory requirements, risk management, internal controls and governance are in place and action plans are taken promptly to reduce
- To drive and establish BCM program and Recovery Plan for the region to ensure business continuity in the event of crisis.
- To drive and maintain Enterprise Risk Management to ensure risks are monitored and mitigated.
- To assess risk environment and effectiveness of the risk management activities periodically due the dynamic nature or new risks.
