Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant cum Accounts Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain paperwork; key data into Excel
- Perform filing and ensure proper document management
- Maintain and tidy up office files and records
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Liaise and coordinate with warehouse on stock matters
- Issue invoices and handle stock ordering
- Handle general administrative and basic accounting duties
- Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Requirements:
- Able to speak and write in both Chinese and English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
