TheAdministrative Assistant provides essential operational and administrativesupport to ensure the smooth running of daily training activities. This roleinvolves coordination, documentation, facility readiness, and classroom setup.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
· Coordinate and managelearner registrations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Review, process, andmaintain incoming documentation and records.
· Prepare and set uptraining rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, and required equipmentbefore sessions.
· Reset and maintainclassroom setup after each session.
· Ensure trainingfacilities are clean, organised, and ready for use at all times.
· Monitor and replenishtools, equipment, and consumable supplies as needed.
· Provide generaladministrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily activities.
Requirements
· MinimumGCE ‘O’ Level / ‘N’ Level or equivalent
· Atleast 1 year of administrative or operations experience preferred
· Proficientin Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strongorganizational skills with attention to detail
· Hands-on,proactive, and willing to assist with physical setup tasks
· Ability to work independently and managetasks efficiently
