Requirements:
· Degree in Business, Tourism or Accounting will be first consider
· Basic acknowledge in Accounting and accounting software is an advantage
· Minimum 3 years of working experience (admin/sales)
· Able to prepare : Invoice / Quotation / PO / P & L Statement
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Able to multitask and work independently
· Sales-driven with good follow-up skill
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred)
Roles &Responsibilities
· Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
· Sales and Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic sales tactics and lead generation efforts.
. Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
. Work closely with the sales team to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.
· Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they are served effectively and their needs are met.
. Develop account plans, set goals, and track the progress of clients' projects.
. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, product development) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
· Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership on account progress, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
. Track and analyze account performance to ensure KPIs are met.
· Market Research and Strategy: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
. Use insights to create strategies for enhancing client relationships and improving sales tactics.
