About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, independent HR Executive to take full ownership of our human resources and payroll functions on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and work pass management to payroll and tax clearance. This role is perfect for a seasoned HR professional who enjoys autonomy and is well-versed in Singapore’s regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings on job portals, interview scheduling, and preparing employment contracts/letters.

• Payroll & CPF: Process monthly payroll using Opensoft, including CPF contributions and GIRO payments.

• Work Pass Administration: Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations for EP, S Pass, and Work Permits, ensuring compliance with the COMPASS framework.

• Tax Compliance: Prepare annual IR8A submissions and handle IR21 (Tax Clearance) for departing foreign employees.

• Benefits & Leave: Track attendance and leave via the e-leave system; manage government claims (Maternity, Childcare, NS leave).

• Employee Relations: Maintain and update the Staff Handbook and HR policies in line with the latest Tripartite Guidelines.

• Office Welfare: Conduct onboarding/offboarding, manage company insurance renewals/claims, and organize staff welfare activities.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience in Singapore.

• Technical Proficiency: experience with Opensoft (Payroll/Leave) is an added advantage and deep familiarity with MOM (EPOL/myMOM), CPF, and IRAS portals.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act.

• Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken) to draft formal HR documents and letters.

• Attributes: Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Title: Failure Analysis Engineer

Minimum Years of Experience: Nil

Gross Salary Range: $ 3,000.00 - $4,500.00 Monthly

Qualifications: Bachelor, fresh graduate welcome, preferred with surface analysis experience (such as TOF-SIMS,  FTIR, AFM, XPS, AES, etc.).

Job Description:

•             Being able to operate analytical instruments in lab environment and conduct analysis for various customers independently;

•             Being able to prepare samples in needs and ensure the quality of the work and trouble-shoot the causes when problem occurs;

•             Being able to write analytical reports;

•             Being able to work in afternoon/evening shift or night shift if required;

•             Document new failure analysis operating procedures, training and certification specs;

•             Communicate with customer for selecting proper analytical techniques and data interpretation;

•             Participate in ISO17025 in maintaining the system

Job Requirements:

•             Bachelor or above in Material Science, Physics, analytical Chemistry or related science. Surface analysis experience (such as TOF-SIMS, FTIR, AFM, XPS, etc.) is preferred;

•             Being able to work afternoon/evening shift or night shift if required

•             Hands-on sample preparation experience for various analysis;

•             Team player with strong work ethic and able to thrive independently as well; strong problem-solving skills;

•             Strong language and reporting skills;

Location:  Singapore (with 6 months on-job training inSuzhou, China)

Requirements

- Fresh graduate or recent graduate with aDiploma or Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical,Electrical, Electronics, Materials, or a related discipline).

- Strong interest in the semiconductor andhigh-tech manufacturing sectors.

- Willingness to relocate to Suzhou, Chinafor 6 months of intensive on-job training.

- Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager tolearn in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Proficiency in English is required; basicMandarin is an advantage for integration during the training period.
