Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable
• Process Accounts Payable Invoices and payment
• Ensure vendors’ invoices are checked to the supporting documents and recorded into system accurately and timely
• Ensure all invoices are properly approved prior to payment
• Prepare and monitor Vendor Aging report
• Perform Statement of Accounts reconciliations
• Resolve all payment related enquires
• Monitor and update daily cash flow
• Bank reconciliation
• Prepare weekly cash flow and other relevant reports to Management

Accounts Receivables

• Follow up and monitor payments from customers within agreed payment terms
• Highlight long overdue and potentially risky customers, and suggest action plan

Month/Year end Closing and Reporting

• Perform intercompany billing and transactions
• Prepare management reports
• Perform month end closing
• Assist in GST submission

Others

• Liaise with relevant Departments to resolve issues
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Finance /Accountancy
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in AP
• Must be able to communicate well and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in Microsoft Navision 2016 will have advantage
• Some experience in using ERP systems
• Diligent and detail oriented
• Possess positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
• Meticulous, extremely organized and able to multitask

Job Summary

You will lead and manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives to ensure compliance with MOM safety requirements, statutory regulations, and company policies, driving a safe work environment across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) matters to ensure safe operations across company sites
• Develop, maintain, and regularly review workplace safety and health policies and procedures to align with regulatory standards
• Conduct regular safety inspections to verify compliance with MOM safety requirements and company safety regulations
• Implement and enforce statutory acts, company safety rules, and codes of practice among all employees
• Support the implementation of WSH policies and procedures to promote workplace safety culture
• Update and review Risk Assessments and RA registers annually for all sites
• Serve as Fire Safety Manager, ensuring effective emergency response readiness and compliance with fire safety regulations
• Manage and monitor sub-contractors’ safety procedures to ensure adherence to company health and safety standards
• Prepare and deliver WSH Induction Programs for new employees and conduct periodic safety training for existing staff
• Maintain Fire Safety Manager (FSM), Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) licenses, and related certificates to ensure regulatory compliance
• Plan, coordinate, and assist in internal and external safety and health audits, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
• Ensure all safety-related equipment and facilities are properly maintained and functional
• Maintain compliance with SCDF Fire Safety Act and manage fire risk elimination to uphold SCDF Fire Certificate
• Coordinate Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) drills and maintain emergency response equipment readiness
• Investigate, analyze, and determine causes of workplace incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences; recommend preventive measures and prepare incident reports
• Prepare monthly safety and health reports to inform company leadership of safety performance
• Verify and promptly report any safety infringements or incidents to company management

Required competencies and certifications

• MOM Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with a minimum of 1 year registration
• Diploma in Environmental Health and Safety or related field
• Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and ISO documentation
• Singaporean Only

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Effective communication skills to deliver training and liaise with stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Drive the vehicle to perform all kinds of waste and recycling collection in accordance to the schedule in a safe, professional and timely manner
• Follows the scheduled route and instructions provided by the Planner/Officer and perform any other jobs/order allocated by the Planner/Office
• Perform loading and unloading of materials and other manual labour work according to the Work Order
• Responsible for all the Work Order, disposal receipts and other documents related to the job and to adhere to the internal Operational Procedure on the issuance, completion and return of the documents to Office
• Report and provide documentation (if any) to the Planner/Office when:
• Conduct inspection of the vehicle before and after work to ensure the operational functionality and safety features are in accordance with the Truck Daily Checklist (especially brakes, clutch, lights)
• Operate the vehicle safely at all times and ensure safety adherence to the surroundings and people
• Observe all relevant traffic and safety laws and regulations
• Be able to handle diesel/oil, waste water, refuse/recyclables and other spillage
• Identify faults/defects on the vehicle and bins and inform Maintenance Dept
• Upkeep of vehicle’s interior and exterior and maintain its cleanliness
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Office

Requirements:

• Hook-lift or REL drivers
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• 6 days work week (8 am to 5 pm)
• Vehicles are to be parked back in office premises
• Valid Singapore class 4 driving license

• Monitor and update daily cash flow to support financial planning
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify cash balances
• Prepare weekly cash flow and relevant financial reports for management review
• Follow up on accounts receivable payments within agreed terms to optimize cash collection
• Identify long overdue or high-risk customers and recommend appropriate action plans
• Execute intercompany billing and transactions to maintain accurate internal records
• Prepare management reports to support decision-making
• Perform month-end closing activities to finalize financial records
• Assist in GST submission to ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve financial issues efficiently

Required competencies and certifications
