The Healthcare Institution Manager is responsible for managing the operational aspects of healthcare facilities or organisations, patient progress, rehab counselling, exercises, managing therapists and patients, reviewing progress, reading x-rays, and patient education.
- Strategic Planning: Manage the operational strategies aligned with the overall healthcare organisation's goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure operational plans support the long-term vision of the healthcare facility
- Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of healthcare operations.
- Resource Management: Manage and ensure the allocation and utilisation of resources, including staff, budget, and equipment, to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including clinical and administrative teams, to enhance communication and coordination of care.
- Emergency Preparedness: Assist in managing the emergency preparedness plan to ensure the healthcare facility can respond effectively to crises or disasters.
Requirement
