We are seeking a committed Production Technician to join our production operations. You will support production activities in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment, ensure efficiency, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and adhere to strict quality standards in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:

Production Activities

• Perform production activities and operations as directed by the supervisor or team leader.
• Perform pre-production activities such as unpacking raw materials and preparing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform production in a controlled environment that complies with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Assist in the assembly and packaging of products.
• Support operators during production processes and execute tasks during peak workloads or staff absence.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Conform to production standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Report any deviation or abnormality from product quality during the production process.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Operate machinery and equipment as required, following appropriate procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and notify the supervisor of any malfunctions.
• Perform equipment preventive maintenance on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Perform production-related activities such as autoclaving, area cleaning, and equipment surface cleaning.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean and organised work area before, during, and after production activities, adhering to high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in cleaning and maintenance activities including wiping down surfaces, mopping floors, and maintaining equipment cleanliness.

Documentation & Inventory

• Accurately complete production records, batch records, and other required documentation.
• Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels, replenishing supplies, and notifying the relevant personnel when reordering is necessary.

Cleanroom & Safety Requirements:

• Undergo specific training programmes covering protocols, gowning procedures, and safety precautions including wearing appropriate PPE.
• Adhere strictly to cleanroom behaviours to minimise contamination risks.
• Don full PPE (fully covered overall) including coveralls, hoods, gloves, masks, and shoe covers.
• Mobile phone usage is not permitted during work hours in the controlled environment.
• This role requires several hours of standing during the production process.

Essential Requirements:

• Technical diploma (e.g., NITEC, Higher NITEC) or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate machinery safely.
• Good communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing routine cleaning duties.

We are looking for an IT Systems & Applications Support to manage and maintain our digital infrastructure, administer enterprise systems, develop workflow applications using low-code/no-code tools, and provide day-to-day IT support across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Administration & Support

- Administer and maintain the company's ERP system, including user account management, access permissions, and system configuration.

- Support end-users across departments in the day-to-day use of ERP modules.

- Coordinate with the ERP vendor for system updates, issue resolution, and implementation of new features.

- Generate reports and extract data from the ERP system to support management decision-making.

- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and SOPs for ERP usage.

Low-Code / No-Code Application Development

- Design, build, and maintain business workflow applications using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Google AppSheet, Microsoft Power Apps, or similar).

- Collaborate with department heads to identify operational bottlenecks and develop digital solutions.

- Automate routine administrative and operational tasks to improve efficiency.

IT Infrastructure & Desktop Support

- Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, printers, and office equipment.

- Manage local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.

- Administer user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and shared drives.

- Maintain an inventory of company IT equipment and software licences.

Documentation, Training & Compliance Support

- Document common technical issues and troubleshooting steps for internal reference.

- Prepare and deliver basic training sessions to staff on new systems, tools, and platforms.

- Support the company's electronic document management system and assist users with document workflows.

Essential Requirements:

- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar hands-on IT role.

- Practical experience administering or supporting an ERP system (any platform).

- Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms (e.g. Google AppSheet, Microsoft Power Apps, Airtable, or similar).

- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS).

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

- Good communication skills with the ability to guide users of varying technical levels.

Desired Skills:

- Basic scripting or coding ability (e.g. Python, VBA, Google Apps Script, JavaScript, or SQL).

- Experience with electronic document management systems.

- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services.

- Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments (ISO 13485, GMP) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning, Housekeeping & Facility Maintenance
•      Perform routine mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing of all production areas, corridors, and support zones to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
•      Wash and sanitise production equipment, workstations, tools, and surfaces in accordance with established cleaning procedures and schedules.
•      Clean and maintain common areas, pantry, washrooms, and storage zones to ensure a hygienic working environment.
•      Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
•      Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the Production Supervisor.
•      Support facility upkeep activities, including minor maintenance tasks as directed.

Material Handling & Logistics Support
•      Carry, move, and transfer raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and finished goods between production areas, storage zones, and loading bays.
•      Handle heavy items safely in accordance with workplace safety guidelines and manual handling procedures.
•      Receive incoming deliveries, verify against delivery orders, and assist with unpacking and proper storage.
•      Ensure proper labelling and organisation of materials in designated storage areas.
•      Assist with inventory checks and stock counts as directed by the Production Supervisor.

Production Support
•      Assist the production team with pre-production preparation activities, including setup of materials, tools, and workstations.
•      Support operators during production processes by providing materials and consumables as needed.
•      Assist in packing, labelling, and simple assembly tasks as directed.
•      Perform post-production cleanup activities, including breakdown and cleaning of production setups.

Cleanroom Support (Light Duties)
•      Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities in cleanroom-adjacent areas and, when required, within the ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment under supervision.
•      Adhere to gowning procedures and PPE requirements when entering controlled environments.
•      Maintain cleanliness standards within controlled areas, including wiping down surfaces, mopping floors, and cleaning equipment exteriors.
•      Follow contamination control measures and cleanroom behavioural protocols at all times.

Documentation & Compliance
•      Complete basic production and cleaning log sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
•      Report any discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or deviations to the Production Supervisor immediately.
•      Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety regulations.
•      Comply with GMP, ISO, and workplace safety requirements applicable to the production environment.

General
•      Support the team with ad-hoc operational duties asassigned by the Production Supervisor.
•      Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, andtraining sessions as required.
•      Maintain a cooperative and professional working attitude within the production team.
