What You'll Be Doing

As an Executive, Marketing, this role supports marketing execution for the BYD brand, working closely with appointed dealers, the Brand Principal, and external partners to drive show room traffic, brand visibility, and sales performance.

This role ensures that marketing campaigns, events, and communications are delivered effectively at the retail level and aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.

·       Work closely with BYD dealers to plan and execute showroom promotions, roadshows, test drive events, and local marketing activations.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Executive, Marketing, this role helps plan and execute integrated marketing activities—covering campaigns, showroom activations, customer communications, service promotions, and brand content—to drive sales conversion, enhance customer retention, and strengthen brand preference in Singapore’s competitive EV and automotive aftersales landscape.

Brand & Campaign Management

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for DENZA, including product marketing, tactical offers, test‑drive campaigns, and showroom events.

• Coordinate Aftersales marketing initiatives such as service packages, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer retention activities.

• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Content, Creative & Collaterals

• Develop and manage marketing collaterals including brochures, posters, showroom materials, merchandising, and digital assets.

• Collaborate with creative agencies or in‑house designers to deliver high‑quality, timely content.

Aftersales Marketing & Customer Retention

Lead Management & Sales Coordination

Budget, Reporting & Vendor Management

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Executive, Finance, this role is responsible for managing the financial accounting of Motors Singapore Group companies, including coordinating with the shared services centre to ensure accurate records and timely financial reporting.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management

• Oversee the sales ledger, issue customer invoices, and perform customer account reconciliations.

• Monitor AR aging reports, manage collection follow-ups, and process adjustments including credit notes and refunds.

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.

Accounts Payable (AP) Management

• Manage end‑to‑end supplier payment processes, including electronic payments, GIRO, and cheque transactions.

• Reconcile supplier statements, resolve credit balances, and ensure timely settlement of payables.

• Prepare Banker’s Guarantees and Letters of Credit, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve outstanding items.

Intercompany Reconciliation

• Manage intercompany billings, monthly reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies across entities.

• Liaise with Group Finance and relevant entities to support accurate and timely consolidation.

Cashflow & Banking

• Handle internal and external banking-related queries, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.

• Support cashflow monitoring, reporting, and management of outstanding banking matters.

Payroll Accounting

• Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries accurately.

• Support monthly commission payments in line with approved commission structures.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify opportunities to enhance AR, AP, and finance workflows for improved efficiency and accuracy.

• Support internal control measures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Financial Close & Reporting

• Assist in monthly financial close activities, including preparation of month-end journals.

• Prepare and maintain monthly account reconciliations, and review balance sheet, P&L, trial balances, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and proper classification.

• Support timely financial reporting to the Finance Manager and Group Finance.

Tax & GST Support

• Assist in the preparation of GST returns, ensuring accurate classification of supplies and purchases.

• Support GST account reconciliations and ensure compliance with IRAS regulations.

• Assist with corporate tax schedules and provide necessary documentation to tax agents.

• Maintain proper audit trails and documentation for tax and GST submissions.

Other Duties

• Serve as a key point of contact for AR/AP-related queries.

• Support ad hoc finance assignments and administrative tasks as required.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or fast‑paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

• Proven experience working in an IT‑enabled accounting environment, including ERP systems and digital finance tools

What You’ll Be Doing

As a PDI Technician, you will be responsible for conducting thorough pre-delivery inspections, identifying defects, supporting rectification works, and ensuring vehicles are delivered in perfect condition in line with manufacturer and company standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) in accordance with approved PDI checklists to ensure vehicles are defect-free before delivery.

• Maintain repair quality standards to ensure all vehicles are in deliverable condition.

• Identify external and internal vehicle damages originating from warehouse or port handling.

• Conduct basic vehicle diagnostics using I-tools and check for any tell-tale warning signs.

• Make clear recommendations on defects identified (repair, rework, or replacement) and ensure proper documentation control.

• Carry out service and repair work in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and escalate technical issues to the Workshop Supervisor when required.

• Salvage repairable parts where possible to reduce replacement costs without compromising safety or quality.

• Perform vehicle retrofitting and installation of accessories based on sales orders.

• Ensure warranty parts are cleaned, packed, and labelled correctly.

• Report parts unavailability or damage promptly to the Workshop Supervisor.

• Provide clear job feedback and write comments on add-job or service forms to confirm work completion.

• Clock in/out accurately, report job completion promptly, and collect next assigned work orders.

• Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure a safe working environment at the work bay.

• Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Minimum NTC 2, Nitec in Automotive Studies, or GCE ‘O’ Level with relevant automotive certification.

• Professional Certificate in Automotive Technician (Malaysia) is an advantage.

This role is responsible for managing NPS performance, customer feedback processes, ownership benefits programs, CRM activities, and data quality—ensuring a seamless and customer‑focused experience throughout the sales and aftersales journey.

CRM & Customer Experience

·       Support planning and execution of CRM initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

·       Manage Customer Feedback Management (CFM) processes: acknowledge cases promptly, coordinate follow-up with stakeholders, and ensure timely case closure.

·       Handle customer complaints, low survey scores, and escalated cases professionally and according to SOP.

NPS & Mystery Shopping

As a BYD Sales Consultant, you'll do more than sell cars — you’ll build lasting relationships with our retail customers, expertly navigating end-to-end sales processes and matching them with BYD models that meet their needs. As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition, this role is to support end-to-end recruitment operations and People Experience (PX) activities. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and professional recruitment experience, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across Talent Acquisition and PX processes.

You will work closely with hiring managers, People Experience Business Partners, and external partners, leveraging Workday to manage recruitment workflows, while also supporting HR communications, administrative tasks, and TA-related vendor and invoice processing.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about delivering a positive candidate and employee experience.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes via Workday, from job posting to offer administration and onboarding documentation.
• Partner with People Experience Business Partners and hiring managers to support hiring needs across the organisation.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, reference checks, and preparation of employment contracts.
• Ensure recruitment timelines, documentation, and system records are accurate and up to date.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Sourcing & Employer Branding

• Support sourcing activities through job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, including passive candidates, for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, including campus outreach, recruitment drives, award participation, and collaboration with educational or technical institutions.
• Support employer branding communications on internal and approved external platforms.

Data, Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and records within Workday.
• Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies in recruitment processes and propose improvement initiatives.

People Experience (PX) & Administrative Support

• Support HR administrative activities, including document preparation, records maintenance, reports, and presentation materials.
• Provide meeting coordination and minutes taking support where required.
• Support updates and content maintenance for the internal People Experience communication portal.

Vendor & Invoice Management

• Support Talent Acquisition-related purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor onboarding.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing in accordance with internal controls.

Compliance

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, labour laws, and fair employment practices.
• Adhere strictly to established TA workflows, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Who We're Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.       2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or HR support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruitment or similar ATS / HRIS platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and employer branding activities.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting HR communications and social media recruitment initiatives.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore labour laws and fair employment practices is an advantage.
