Provide first aid within the scope of their training.

Assist emergency services (SCDF, Police, Ambulance) upon their arrival.

Help account for personnel during evacuation and report missing persons.

Secure the affected area and prevent unauthorized access.

Participate in emergency drills, training, and preparedness exercises.

Supervising and coordinating work activities on site.

Ensuring work is carried out according to approved procedures and safety requirements.

Briefing workers on the scope of work and safety precautions.

Monitoring work progress and quality.

Acting as the main point of contact between the client, contractor, and workers.

Ensuring necessary permits, certificates, and documentation are in place.

Reporting incidents, defects, or issues to management.

Ensuring the worksite is kept safe and orderly.

Verifying that work is completed satisfactorily before handover.
