Key Responsibilities
Design & Technical Coordination
· Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
· Identify design conflicts and liaise with consultants and contractors for resolution.
· Ensure compliance with project design intent and construction standards.
Project Support
· Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report deviations.
· Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and schedules.
· Support site inspections and quality control activities.
Documentation & Records
· Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
· Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.
· Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Team Collaboration
· Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.
· Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical input.
· Support senior architectural staff in design optimization and value engineering initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
· 2–5 years of experience in construction projects.
· Knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
