Job Summary
You will coordinate IT systems, facilities, and operations to ensure smooth daily functions and workplace safety, driving operational efficiency in a growing logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with software vendors to resolve issues in courier systems and delivery apps, ensuring uninterrupted system performance
- Monitor system performance, escalate bugs, downtime, and integration issues to maintain operational continuity
- Manage daily operations of label printing, routing, and driver applications to support logistics workflows
- Oversee warehouse and office maintenance including electrical, air-conditioning, and general repairs to ensure facility readiness
- Coordinate with contractors for timely servicing and repairs of facilities and equipment
- Ensure workplace safety and operational readiness through proactive maintenance and monitoring
- Monitor CCTV system functionality and recording, coordinating with vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Maintain office telephony and communication systems (VoIP/AI voice systems), liaising with service providers for fault resolution and upgrades
- Setup and maintain staff laptops, printers, and mobile devices, troubleshooting network, connectivity, and hardware issues
- Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues related to systems and infrastructure, tracking and following up on open issues for timely resolution
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Class 3 driving licence for site visits and coordination (explicitly required for core duties)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in IT, Engineering, Facilities Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience coordinating IT systems, vendors, and facilities
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience coordinating vendors and contractors
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
