We are looking for a hands-on Field Service & Assembly Technician to assemble, install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment. The role involves both workshop-based assembly work and on-site customer support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical equipment according to drawings and work instructions.

• Perform wiring, tubing, and mechanical fitting.

• Conduct equipment testing and quality checks.

• Maintain assembly and test records.

• Install equipment at customer sites.

• Perform commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).

• Troubleshoot, resolve equipment issues, carry out preventive maintenance and calibration.

• Prepare service reports after each visit.

• Provide technical support and equipment operation guidance.

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

• Follow company safety procedures and site safety requirements, use tools and equipment safely and correctly.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow company quality standards and procedures.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial Automation with relevant experience.

• Able to read mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams.

• Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting knowledge.

• Willing to travel locally and overseas when required.

• Prior experience in equipment assembly, maintenance, or field service will be an additional advantage.

• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and instrumentation is an advantage.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation, troubleshooting, repair service and maintenance for Chamber, Oven, Chiller & Semiconductor Testing equipment.

• Provide Technical Support in the field.

• Prepare onsite for service schedules within budgets.

• Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the after sales service.

• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments and client updates.

• Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications.

• Carry out assembly, integration, and basic testing of in-house equipment in accordance with engineering drawings and SOPs.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic with relevant experience.

• Prior experience with electrical and electronics work will be an additional advantage.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and grow new and existing accounts within assigned territories/industries.

• Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.

• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.

• Conduct product presentations, demos, and training for customers.

• Coordinate with the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.

• Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, competitor tracking, and weekly/monthly reports.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues professionally.

• Maintain internal records and ensure proper documentation.

Job Specifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field preferred).

• Relevant sales experience in industrial/technical products, will be an added advantage.

• Experience in semiconductor, reliability testing, automation, environmental chambers, or laboratory equipment is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Ability to travel locally/regionally when required.
