Roles &Responsibilities :
· At least 3 years of experience inrestaurant management, with a proven track record of success.

· · In-depth knowledge of restaurantoperations, including inventory management, budgeting, and food safetyregulations.

· · Good Knowledge of Hindi, English & Punjabiis important
· · Knowledge of Jain Food & Vegetarianingredient for restriction are important.
· · Food Preparation, Food quality andoriginal taste knowledge and maintaining is must.
· ·Good knowledge of India sweets including Kaju, Badam & Pista Sweets and ensuring the freshness process and maintaining good sale of sweets from sweet counter.
