Responsibilities:

• Planning of art lessons according to students' learning objectives
• Developing students' drawing, colouring and painting techniques and interest in art
• Able to conduct art-related activities such as oil painting, acrylic painting, watercolour painting, sketching, clay, art & craft independently
• Able to teach students of different age group (from age 3 to adult)
• Assess students' learning progress
• Prepare the classroom and set up equipment / materials prior every lessons
• Perform daily housekeeping to keep the venue clean & tidy especially after every classes
• Any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Summary

Manage full accounting functions and support sales operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth business transactions at UMISTRONG PTE.LTD.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial records
• Process accounts receivable, accounts payable, and accruals to maintain balanced ledgers
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, annual budgets, and monthly financial and management reports
• Compile tax-related information, calculate taxable income and income tax liabilities, and complete tax filing accurately
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and statutory boards on accounting, financial, and grant-related matters
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports in compliance with regulations
• Calculate and reconcile customer and supplier account balances with total accounts
• Assign appropriate accounting codes to all transactions in the accounting system for accurate classification
• Manage monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee payments
• Oversee petty cash disbursement and maintain proper documentation
• Manage company fixed assets records and depreciation schedules
• Perform month-end closing activities to finalize financial data
• Lead ad hoc finance and accounting projects and assignments as required
• Deliver excellent customer service during daily sales transactions with walk-in customers
• Manage online sales on e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok to drive revenue
• Update company website content to maintain current and accurate information
• Conduct cold calling to potential customers to generate sales leads and expand customer base

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a professional certificate in Accounting
