Job Summary:
Mgr, Program Management will oversee the development and execution of customer programs, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive customer success. He/She will work closely with senior management, customers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality programs that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. He/She will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• A global process center of excellence owner to drive effective use of the identified documented process owner
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with program delivery.
• Owns product line/site revenue forecasts relative to hard POs and 26 week forecast
• Drives to have a hard PO for every forecasted order
• Has a copy of every applicable Customer contractual agreement
• Aligns and redlines UCT procedures/process documentation to comply with agreed upon Customer requirements (to remove and give to CS Analyst)
• Partners with Account Executives to redline Customer contractual agreements to reflect UCT interests
• Is a CFT (Cross Functional Team) Leader, responsible for all Customer or Product Line demand/commercial objectives. Details are:
• Single point of accountability for the performance of the demand and commercial activities for all existing business at the site for that Customer/product line
• Lead a cross-functional team with Order Management, Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Operations functions – establish a regular cadence for the team to align on activities needed to meet or exceed goals and objectives
• The CFT Lead will be responsible for both production and NPI orders
  

Accountable for the following:

• All customer service level Agreements
• Quality, Delivery, Cost
• Provide a weekly 12 Month rolling PO/Forecast orders to ensure forecast will be met
• Customer/product line Profit & Loss statement
• Comparing quote vs. actual PO price to ensure revenue targets will be met
• Collecting on Customer claims per schedule committed to at 4B
• Inclusive of stranded materials on revision changes
• Identifying expedite fees (on inside lead-time orders; pull-ins; drop-ins…..)
• Coordinating & facilitating Customer business/performance reviews
• Quarterly reviews
• Customer meetings – internal & external pre-alignment
• All customer key process indicators
• Regular cadence of internal reviews to govern performance
• Setting of the priorities for the factory – based on Customer order priorities
• Blocking inside lead-time orders, pull-ins, drop-ins, à align with planning/site GM à negotiate re-slotting with Customer & fees
• Return Material Authorization management à follows the same rules as “order management”
• Use the 12 month rolling forecast to provide Capacity / capability planning to ensure ontime delivery goals are met

Responsible for manufacturing/test the equipment, production output, quality, on-time delivery, process improvement, safety and housekeeping in the manufacturing line to manufacture high quality products for customers with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations within department guidelines, work protocols and corporate policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform product functional/system test and leak test, identify errors and conduct rework if required
• Actively involved in the knowledge and capability build up the manufacturing/test team (TTS)
• Document troubleshooting methodology, information, analyzes facts/conditions regarding the reported issue, and create coaching materials/technical materials (TTS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and hands-on Digitalization Engineer to join our global automation engineering team within the semiconductor equipment manufacturing organization. This position will drive the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML/DL solutions that enhance quality, manufacturing efficiency and business excellence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable bridging data science, software engineering, Automation and manufacturing process expertise across global sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

AI Platform and Application Development:

• Design and develop a user-driven AI UI platform for self-annotation, model training, validation, and deployment across global manufacturing sites.

• Develop and implement AI/ML/DL algorithms for Automation systems.

• Lead AI applications for MES (Manufacturing Execution System) data, including model development for process optimization and predictive analysis.

• Deliver and maintain OCR (Optical Character Recognition) application for serial number extraction (development completed, testing and deployment pending).

• Apply standard process CRISP-DM (business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment), Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch etc. & Agile Methodologies for Business Analytics projects

• Continue development of AI models for Work Order Cycle Time prediction, collaborating with SAP and data engineering teams for feature enrichment.

• Support and enhance the AI-powered chatbot “UltrAI”, leveraging LLM frameworks (e.g., Ollama) to provide manufacturing intelligence and user support.

• Contributes to the company by creating patents and other intellectual property (IP Protection architecture)

Manufacturing & Business Analytics Solutions:

• Build and integrate Operations excellence dashboard modules by creating interfaces for site users to input planned production times and ideal cycle times and contribute to the global automation dashboard architecture.

• Develop AI-driven quoting tools to improve response speed, reduce errors and rejections, and enhance overall customer experience - enabling the business to accelerate bid generation and increase win rates.

• Leads discovery processes with business stakeholders to identify the business requirements and the expected outcome
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership:

• Work closely with external consultants and internal teams spanning IT (Data & Analytics, IT Applications), Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Business Excellence, Product Line Management, and Global PMO.

• Coordinate multiple parallel projects ensuring data alignment, AI model integration, and process standardization across global sites.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industries.

• Strong hands-on experience in deep learning, computer vision, predictive modeling, and ML platform deployment.

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, OpenCV, and building interactive UI tools (Streamlit, FastAPI, or similar).

• Experience developing AI models for AOI systems, other automation systems and working with MES/SAP-based manufacturing data.

• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, manufacturing KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, yield), and industrial integration principles (edge devices, PLCs, or automation systems).

• Experience in leading multi division projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure NOC and S.O configurations accuracy
• Creating and submitting Engineering Changes through Agile.
• Maintain sales order BOM & initiate ECO change management
• Coordinate the ECOs/MCOs/DEVs/ECRs process internally. Flawless execution on tracking the implementation of ECO/ECN/ECR
• Submitting Problem Report/ Supplier Problem Sheet to customer for BOM related issues (engineering-related issues)
• Ensuring all affected parts and BOMs are included in the CR/IR/PR or corrected via the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process.
• Understand the scope of the engineering change downstream
• Responsible for setting up, manage and revise all the customers' product information, i.e. BOMs, part numbers and AVLs to have proper control on assembly revision
• Streamline the BOM structure setup with Product Engineer for assembly sequence control, traceability data collection and material back flush accuracy
• Work with Product Engineer to restructure customer BOM to work with UCT manufacturability
• Validate and ensure all customer document packages such as Assembly DWG, Fabrication DWG, Procedure & Test and Manufacturing Instruction available and upload to Agile system
• Work closely with internal/external customers to resolve any configuration issues
• Generate list of new parts/new revision parts that needs sourcing info to the quote team for pre-determined NPI projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of related experience 
• Proficiency with MS suite, and ADOBE Acrobat. Advanced Excel knowledge, and design experience is a plus
