Role Summary

The Senior/Principal Data Analyst - Reporting Specialist is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of digital analytics, automation and communication solutions to support project and site operations. The role spans Power BI–based reporting, Power Platform applications, business process automation and digital content development, delivered in accordance with Client and public sector information management and governance standards.

The role requires independent delivery across the full solution lifecycle, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate operational, business and communication requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Reporting & Analytics

• Design and develop structured data models and Power BI dashboards to visualise project performance indicators (e.g. construction progress, schedule, production, quality and HSE metrics).

• Translate complex project and operational data into clear insights to support decision making by site management and senior stakeholders.

• Ensure all reporting outputs comply with Client digital governance, data management and information security requirements.

Power Platform & Business Process Automation

• Lead the design, development and rollout of Power Apps solutions to digitalise operational workflows, including site observation and inspection tools capturing progress, quality and HSE observations.

• Implement business process automation using Power Automate and related tools to reduce manual reporting, data handling and approval processes.

• Own end-to-end solution delivery including requirements definition, solution design, build, testing, deployment, data validation and continuous improvement.

• Establish data quality checks, validation rules and governance controls for automated processes and applications.

Data Collection, Reporting & Standardisation

• Champion structured data collection and data sharing initiatives between the Client, contractors and project teams.

• Design and implement standardised weekly and monthly data collection templates aligned with project controls and reporting requirements.

• Produce and assure weekly and monthly site performance reports using digital dashboards and structured reporting outputs.

Digital Communications & Content Enablement

• Support project and stakeholder communications through the development of digital communication materials, including short marketing or explainer videos demonstrating digital tools, dashboards or process improvements.

• Translate technical digital solutions into clear, accessible content for non technical audiences to support adoption, engagement and change enablement.

• Ensure digital communication outputs align with Client branding, messaging and information governance standards.

Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building

• Act as a key interface between site teams, contractors and digital stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs.

• Deliver training sessions, onboarding materials and user guidance for digital tools and automated processes.

• Collect and analyse user feedback to continuously improve usability, performance and adoption.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members contributing to digital delivery.

• Contribute to internal best practices, playbooks and governance frameworks for Power BI, Power Platform and process automation delivery.

• Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives aligned to Client and organisational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred (e.g. Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Engineering, Information Systems, Strategic Marketing, or related fields).

• 5–10 years’ experience in digital delivery, business process automation, data analytics, project controls or related consulting roles.

• Demonstrated experience delivering Power BI dashboards, including data modelling and DAX.

• Practical experience with Power Apps and business workflow automation (e.g. Power Automate).

• Experience designing or supporting process digitalisation and automation initiatives in a project or operational environment.

• Strong analytical, structured problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to communicate digital and technical concepts clearly to non technical users.

Summary

The Hospitality, Resorts & Residential (HRR) Asia Sector Lead is accountable for the strategic growth, client engagement, and operational performance of the hotel, resort and residential sector across Asia. The role requires dedicated focus to translate sector opportunity into business growth, capture new revenue through disciplined pursuit management, foster deep client relationships, build high-performing teams, collaborate with CBRE to deliver integrated solutions, and represent Turner & Townsend externally as a thought leader.

Responsibilities

Sector strategy and growth

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive sector plan with:

• Clear and measurable actions tied to business outcomes.
• Defined growth drivers (e.g., linked to business G1 to G6 priorities).
• Identified enablers (e.g., digital tools, delivery models, partnerships).
• Prioritised capability build areas (e.g., talent, innovation, training)

2. Align sector strategy with regional and global priorities
